What goes into a cert package?
Everything the job accumulated: material certs and MTRs by heat number, NDT and inspection reports, and dimensional results — compiled automatically per shipment instead of hunted down at the dock.
Can we do partial shipments?
Yes. Ship available quantities with correct partial documentation, keep the balance on backorder, and invoice exactly what shipped.
Does shipping trigger invoicing?
Yes. A confirmed shipment pushes the invoice to accounts receivable immediately, with the cert package attached for the customer.
How does final QC connect to the rest of quality?
Final inspection is the last hold point on the traveler — the same NCR and disposition workflows apply, and results feed the QA manager's dashboard and the QA Escape agent.
